Alan has more than 30 years of executive management experience, while Mindi brings 6 years of personal training experience and 15 years as an elementary and pre-school teacher. "We consider each of our swim families and students as an extended part of our own family and are committed to providing the area’s best swim lesson experience to all of our existing and new students."

Jen joined the Hudson Valley Swim family to make a meaningful impact by offering exceptional swimming lessons to individuals of all ages, starting as young as 4 months old. Her commitment to saving lives through water safety drives every aspect of the school's mission.
Jen’s love for swimming began in her childhood, spending countless summers by the ocean and in the pool. While at Penn State, she deepened her connection to the water through swimming and lifeguarding courses. These formative experiences shaped her passion for teaching life-saving swimming skills and empowering families to enjoy the water with confidence and safety. With a professional background that spans decades in the benefits consulting industry, Jen brings unparalleled expertise in management, customer service, and delivering quality-focused results.
